Standard Cleaning
Our standard cleaning service will help you maintain a clean home on a regular or as needed basis. We clean a wide range of homes, apartments and houses. We are a professional cleaning team that is friendly, detail orientated, hard-working, pet friendly and most importantly honest.
Standard Cleaning Service will include but is limited to:
Bedroom/Living Area
- Cleaning the light fixtures inside and out.
- Cleaning the ceiling fans, floor and ceiling vents and return covers.
- Dusting the blinds.
- Cleaning the cabinets, and the drawers will be vacuumed inside and out.
- Cleaning the woodwork including doors, trim, cabinets, drawers and closet shelves.
- Cleaning the horizontal surfaces including counter-tops.
- Cleaning the baseboards ledges, electrical outlet covers and light switches.
- Cleaning and polishing the mirrors and chrome fixtures.
- Vacuuming, sweeping or mopping of the floors.
- Tightening up all loose ends which includes organizing furniture, accessories, etc.
- Taking care of bed service (**Please place clean linen on the bed if you would like us to perform this service).
Bathroom
- Cleaning all bathroom fixtures including sink, toilet (behind as well), showers and tubs.
- Vacuuming all window tracks, frames and blinds to move dust and debris.
- Cleaning all glass windows.
- Cleaning the outside of cabinets.
- Cleaning the interior of all vanities.
- Cleaning and polishing mirrors and chrome fixtures.
- Vacuuming, sweeping and/or mopping of the floors.
- Removing the cobwebs.
- Spot cleaning doors on both sides.
- Cleaning the baseboards ledges, electrical outlet covers and light switches.
- Tightening up all loose ends which includes organizing furniture, accessories, etc.
Kitchen
- Cleaning the kitchen sink, counter-tops and dishwasher.
- Cleaning the exterior of large appliances, and exterior and interior microwave.
- Cleaning the exterior of stove and outside of range hood.
- Sweeping and mopping the kitchen and all bathroom floors.
- Vacuum the carpet.
- Vacuuming all window tracks, frames and blinds to re-move dust and debris.
- All glass windows will be cleaned.
- Vacuuming, sweeping and/or mopping of the floors.
- Removing the cobwebs.
- Tightening up all loose ends which includes organizing furniture, accessories, etc.
Deep Cleaning
We usually start all new clients with a deep cleaning service. Then we can maintain the residential or commercial property on a regular, or as needed, cleaning schedule. Our deep cleaning service goes far above and beyond our standard cleaning.
Our Deep Cleaning Service will include:
Bathrooms/Living Area
- Wiping down all baseboards and window sills.
- Extra attention to floors.
- Vacuuming upholstered furniture.
- Vacuuming carpet edges.
- Cleaning doors and frames for fingerprints.
- Vacuuming accessible furniture.
- Clean inside and outside of cabinets.
- Scrubbing and disinfecting sinks.
- Extra attention to the shower area and door.
- Scrubbing the grout.
- Hand wiping all bedroom, living area and bathroom furniture.
- Dusting the air vents.
- Wiping down or dusting lamp shades.
- Dusting and vacuuming hallways.
- Any extra attention that is needed (special request).
- Any extra interior cleaning request is an extra charge.
Kitchen
- Wiping down all baseboards and window sills.
- Extra cleaning to floors, mopping or vacuuming/wash or dust chairs.
- Cleaning the microwave inside and out.
- Cleaning the top of the refrigerator.
- Scrubbing and disinfecting the sink.
- Cleaning the oven inside and out (including stove top).
- Cleaning inside and outside of cabinets.
- Hand wiping all kitchen furniture.
- Cleaning doors and frames for fingerprints.
- Dusting the air vents.
- Any extra attention that is needed (special request).
- Any extra interior cleaning request is an extra charge.
